Where can I purchase Anderson-Daishi Furniture? Our furniture is sold exclusively to our authorized dealers only. If you wish to purchase our products, you may call our marketing department and ask for the nearest dealer accessible to you.
How can I become a dealer? If you wish to be an Anderson-Daishi dealer, you may contact our marketing department, or e-mail us at andersondaishi@sbcglobal.net. Your account will be evaluated and directed to the respective area sales representative.
What is your standard lead time? Anderson-Daishi furniture is classified into 2 categories; Pre-finish and domestic finish products. Items that are in stock and requiring domestic finish are processed within 5 to 6 weeks. Our pre-finish furniture, although received fully finished from overseas, are still subjected to quality control inspection for consistency in color and quality prior to shipping. Pre-finish items are usually shipped in a week with QC approval, 2 weeks if requiring upholstery.
How many different kinds of finishes do you have available? We offer 28 different kinds of finishes, ranging from different levels of distressing; light, medium & antique distress to your own choice of either satin or polish wax. We also offer a wide array of fabric and leather selections to coordinate your furniture.
Can I order custom-made furniture? Absolutely. Our company accommodates all types of custom orders with a minimum 40% up charge depending on the modification or specification of custom piece. Custom pieces are constructed overseas with a turn-around time of 18 weeks and 100% US finished.
